If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase you have made we offer a 14 day money back guarantee and the goods may be returned to us free of charge. However, we are unable to offer a refund on any cosmetic item due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
The following procedure needs to be adhered to for qualification:
We must be notified within 14 days of you having received a delivery if there is any problem. This can be done via email to info@clickfragrance.co.uk or via telephone on 0845 026 2540. If contact is made via email we require you to provide your order reference number (displayed on the original delivery note) and a short explanation of why you wish the goods to be returned. If you have a request for an exchange this should also be stated in the email.
If an item is returned without prior notice we withhold the right to refuse refund, either partially or fully.
Once we have received notification of your wish to return an item, and the return has been authorised, we will issue a Freepost label for the return.
All returned items must be in their original packaging with all seals and cellophane in tact in order for resale.
Please ensure that the parcel is re-packaged well and that it is securely sealed to avoid any damage occurring to the item.
Take the parcel to your nearest Post Office and request a proof of postage. Click Fragrance will not be liable for lost returns so we advise this method of return.
We request that returned items, not qualifying for a Freepost label, are sent second class.
Click Fragrance withholds the right to refuse refund if an item was ordered in error. Partial refunds will be issued if an item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
