Delivery Information
How much will delivery cost?
All orders to UK addresses qualify for FREE delivery! The free delivery service that we offer is 1st Class postage and this will be the default delivery method at checkout. At the checkout stage there is the option of changing your delivery method should you need your items in a hurry.
Your shipping options are:
- FREE 1st Class Delivery – FREE with goods normally arriving within 2-4 working days from time of despatch.
- Priority Tracked Delivery – £1.95 - with goods normally arriving within 2 working days from time of despatch. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is trackable from dispatch to delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order through this insured service. Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details.
- Next Day Guaranteed Delivery - £5.95 with goods being guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day after despatch and requiring a signature on delivery. Orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 13:00 the next day. Orders received before midday on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to have your goods with you within 48 hours of them having been despatched. Our aim at Click Fragrance is to despatch all Priority Tracked Delivery and Next Day Guaranteed Delivery orders placed before 3pm on the same working day. All orders are despatched within 1 Business Day of being placed. We cannot guarantee to despatch any orders placed after 3pm on the same day - this includes any orders that are to be despatched using Priority Tracked Delivery or Next Day Guaranteed Delivery. However, we do ask for your understanding over Bank Holidays and weekend periods.

Am I able to change the delivery address for my order?
Changing the delivery address for an order couldn’t be simpler! At checkout there is the option to input a different delivery address to the invoice address to make receiving your goods even easier!
Is there anything else about delivery I should know?
Please keep the following points in mind:
- The delivery times above are indicative and are subject to
availability, payment authorisation, verification and
processing.
- Your order will be sent out via the most suitable courier,
depending on size and weight.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If your order is of a high value we may use an alternative
tracked courier service
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the
carrier should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it
up.
- We're sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of a
parcel once your order has been processed.
- Our working days are considered to be Monday to Friday. We do
not work on UK Bank Holidays.
- We'll try our best to send all your products in a single
delivery. The only reason we'd split deliveries is if they were
over the courier's weight restriction - or if a product is out of
stock, in which case we will contact you to let you know.
